The Indus Club is a chain of private members' business and lifestyle clubs that are being housed in landmark buildings within key business districts across India followed by other metropolitan cities across the globe. Our clubs present a unique offering that combines luxury, business and leisure for an elite community of members. The flagship opened in April 2017, at One BKC in Mumbai and has leading CXOs, MDs, promoters and celebrities from the world of film and sports as members. The Mumbai flagship will be followed by a rapid roll out nationally and then globally.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE OF 5 - 10 YEARS IS A MUST WITH A LUXURY/REAL ESTATE/AUTOMOBILE/HOSPITALITY BRAND. ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATES WILL BE SHORTLISTED.

Job description : 

- Execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.

- Prospect clients who could fit into the profile of a member, and initiate and close the sale.

- Build a solid strategy for lead generation that meets sales goals.

- Ensure the sales pipeline remains full with leads & prospects.

- Take ownership of management of the sales functions.

- Working with stringent targets, the incumbent will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.

- Ensure that sales targets are met month on month.

- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.

- Maintain the client database using an effective CRM suite.

- Develop and grow key member relationships.

- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential.

Skills : 

- Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organizations.

- Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and go after them with gusto.

- Patience and the ability to tactfully handle any negotiations.

Experience and qualification

- 5 - 10 years of experience working with the luxury segment/hospitality/automobile/real estate.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.

- Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment.

- Proven track record of increasing revenue.

- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.

- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.

- Target driven.

- Good understanding of dealing with HNI's and UHNI's.

- University degree, preferably majoring in Business or related disciplines.

- MBA (desirable).
