Job description :

1. Medico Legal cases : Coordinating with external counsels, drafting petitions, counters, representing the company before authorities, making notes of the new judgements etc;

2. Contract drafting : Vetting, drafting and finalizing several commercial agreements in close coordination with respective departments;

3. Compliance Monitoring : Maintaining monthly compliance tracker, coordination and follow up with all unit hospitals for ensuring compliance of all industry related compliances.

4. Other legal works as would be assigned by HOD.
