Manager - Media Buying

Job Purpose :
- Ensure revenue maximization on the allocated channel by devising optimized price proposal (CPRP grid) to be taken to market using internal proprietary tools
Key Performance Indicators :
- Understanding of pricing in TV media industry is critical
- Strong Quantitative and analytical ability
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- MBA from a Tier 1/2 B-school with about 3-5 years' experience
Key Accountabilities:
Individual Accountabilities- :
- Provide strategic and tactical inputs to not only achieve pricing targets/goals but also drive higher price realization
- Pricing control - Ensure adherence to the pre-approved price benchmarks set at program, channel and client level across all deals and flag off deviations, if any.
- Collaborate with internal sales team to ensure implementation/success of the pricing plans
- Suggest price discounting on key client's basis Price Volume trade offs
- Suggest price revision basis demand and supply trends to ensure optimal channel inventory fill
- Support in creation/finalization of annual client deals
- Periodic training to the sales team on ensure complete adoption and compliance with the internal pricing tools.
