We are a head hunting and staffing solution organization, based in Pune and specialize in providing recruitment solutions to major Telecom, FMCG, KPO, Banking, BPO & IT Players for senior positions.

Position: Manager – M-Commerce

Function :- IT

Level :- Manager

Location: Mumbai

Salary: 12LPA

Principal Responsibilities

- To act as SPOC from corporate IT for the new generation Value Added Services like M-Commerce, Mobile payments, Mobile money transfer services, M2M (Machine to Machine), API monetization etc

- Identify new technologies and business areas that can fit into the existing operations. Support business to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare RFI, RFP, discuss and negotiate on the responses and recommend new platforms.

- Create business cases for new technology platforms identified.

- Implement and rollout the new platforms in circles.

- Configure and upgrade the existing services based on business requirements.

- Analyze change requests and signoff NFA from IT ownership.

- Work with business users to record capacity requirements.

- Review and approve solution documents.

- Report progress to IT VAS vertical head, CIO and business.

- Work with IT security team to comply with all security requirements and policies.

- Interact with VAS vendors to speed up their IT deliverables.

- Co-ordinate activities between business users, Technology partner & VAS vendors.

- Plan, track and close testing and sign off activities

- Work with business SPOC, corporate/circle users to create rollout plan.

- Co-ordinate central support team to stabilize the rolled out services.

- Monitor the reports and performance and handover the rolled out service to IT operations SPOC.
