Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of MDM solutions tailored to finance and accounting requirements, focusing on the R2R tower.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into MDM strategies and solutions.

- Drive optimization of Chart of Accounts within ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

- Define and enforce data governance policies to maintain the integrity and quality of finance master data.

- Provide technical leadership in SAP S4 HANA environments, leveraging its capabilities for efficient finance master data management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- 12+ years of proven experience in MDM roles, preferably within the R2R tower.

- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in Chart of Accounts setup and finance data management.

- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions, with proficiency in data modeling and governance.

- Strong technical skills in SAP S4 HANA, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
