In this role, you will be responsible for management, planning and execution of all digital marketing projects and programs. For this role, you should be a data-driven, digital marketing expert with demonstrated experience delivering profitable lead growth for products/services with a long conversion cycle. - You will develop an agreed digital marketing strategy using creative, innovative and trackable tactics that enhance, develop and generate a commercial return on investment for the company. - To oversee the implementation of this strategy across and all other digital platforms including but not limited to: website / blog / email marketing / SEM / online distribution channels (ODC) / social media advertising and preferred partner digital opportunities. Responsibilities : - Plan, execute and measure paid digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, retargeting, email automation programs, social media, and content marketing - Ensure appropriate KPIs are in place while consistently identifying new KPIs to evaluate lead acquisition program effectiveness - Actively work with outside vendors to optimize daily inbound lead flow and brand visibility - Measure, report and optimize the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using vendor dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports - Monitor competitor activity across digital platforms and develop strategies to ensure continued qualified lead growth - Plan and track all content marketing, social media, advertising and SEO activities - Responsible for content marketing that can help brand/ new launches.&nbsp; - Content marketing includes dealing with in-house and/or external creative partners to produce content - video, image or blogs, blogger community, influencer. - Provide in-depth reporting and insightful analysis of all paid marketing program performance - Conceptualize new creative concepts and testing plans, and work closely with designers and writers to ensure that ads are continuously refreshed and optimized - Stay on top of industry trends and identify new opportunities to grow the business - Evaluate and manage media vendors, develop and maintain relationships, negotiate rates and manage billing - Creative planning and execution : Oversight across digital platforms from conceptualization and development. Production and execution with a focus on control and measurability - Media planning &amp; performance : Partnering with internal and external media teams to develop plans and content with objectives across awareness, engagement, clicks and conversions with a focus on RoI - Project planning and management : Coordinating effort from multiple teams, both internally and externally and ensuring on-time execution of campaigns - Financials : ownership of RoI across multiple channels with a focus on optimizing high return channels Skills/Experience/Qualifications : - 4 - 6 year's digital advertising or marketing experience. - Well-versed in all forms of digital media (social, search, content, display, affiliate, email, mobile) - Graduate or Post-graduate in Advertising, Media, Communication or Technology preferred - A track record of delivering online conversion improvements and quality reach leading to an increase in growth - Experience in running digital advertising in Google AdWords and Facebook Ads with proven strong ROI - Knowledge of Google Analytics that can help to drive conversion, volume and sales - Good SEO knowledge, to improve organic ranking - Travel industry experience a strong advantage - Working knowledge or marketing automation systems and technologies - "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, start-up attitude is a must
