Build cohesive sales &amp; marketing team and leveraging them to achieve sales goals &amp; bottom- line objectives 8. Evaluating &amp; controlling the marketing contribution for the division - Improve Market Share, Prescriptions &amp; Prescribers, Rank, Growth - New brand building exercises to grow the therapy area - Achievement of Sales &amp; profitability targets - Improve Speciality Coverage and Therapy Focus - People Development &amp; Team Building 9. Campaign &amp; special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders 10. Periodical (Monthly) brand review &amp; monitoring 11. Field Work to review &amp; evaluate strategy implementation 12. Supporting the team to utilize strategic growth levers based on Situational Analysis and create impactful campaigns 13. Collaborate with agencies to optimize the brand communication (Manage all creative agencies for resourcing, quality of work and contracts as per brand requirements) 14. Drive Innovative Packaging Initiatives - patient centric packaging initiatives with direct impact on treatment adoption/compliance 15. Work with purchase team to finalise and determine the pricing strategy
