Role purpose : To enhance Usage and revenue for prepaid and postpaid streams and to achieve budgeted Voice revenue and KPI's

Key Accountabilities

- Churn Management : Increase win backs, reduce gross & net Incremental zero users

- Revenue Enhancement : Minutes of Use Extraction, Revenue per Minute Management, Segmentation framework and Customer Care - 121 offer management

- Bonus penetration : Reduce Bonus lapsers & increase Bonus penetration in the Target Segment

- Process : Implement - Customer Value Management - CVM models
