Job description: At enParadigm we are making big strides into expanding our existing markets and creating new markets As are part of the marketing team, you will own defined sectors and/or geographies, product/solution lines and be responsible for creating relatable selling propositions, lead generation and growth of inbound sales channels, generating consumer insights and developing marketing partnerships. We are looking for outcome-driven, assured self starters, who can outline and drive marketing goals to achieve brand and sales objectives. Responsibilities - Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about enParadigm and drive qualified traffic. - Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event participation and management, PR &amp; publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns etc - Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and calendar on a quarterly and annual basis. - Define, prioritize and execute marketing plans in budget. - Create new selling propositions for products and solutions across sectors as assigned. - Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. - Track, measure and report campaign performance to gain insight and assess against goals. - Pivot and develop new angles as required to achieve objectives - Work closely with sales and inside sales to identify trigger and engagement points with prospects for creating relevant and highly impactful collateral, especially for Account Based Marketing Work closely with senior leadership, sales, clients and fuel customer &amp; category insights to trigger development of campaigns and help produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blogs ( case studies, webinars, whitepapers, testimonials etc) that help attract and convert our core target groups and fuel brand enParadigm. - Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies - Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors -Tracking, collating and creating material for participating in awards, listings etc as relevant to brand &amp; business Requirements - Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn -A growth hack mindset to experiment and bootstrap new ideas - Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, motivate and educate - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate well - spoken and written, interact with internal stakeholders, clients, create and manage partner and vendor relationships for brand and business development - Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets - A sense of aesthetics and discernment of design, content and communication - Eagerness to inquire and be in the know of latest trends and best practices in online B2B marketing and measurement
