Manager Marketing Strategy
Requirement:
- 3-5 years' experience in the marketing segment (digital or otherwise in Indian Real Estate) or individuals with equivalent/relevant experience. Candidates from Tier 1 colleges are preferred.
(IIT/IIM/ISB prefered)
- Individuals with 1-2 years' of experience in business development or sales or heading a business vertical
- Intermediate knowledge/experience with Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.
- Strong math/analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience with FB Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Programmatic Buying and other allied tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc, is a plus but NOT mandatory.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly, and has a strong bias for action.
- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities.
- Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary - a sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
- Close attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Has in the past led teams and worked in high growth environments
- Must have built a business vertical from zero to one or one to ten.
Job Description:- Lead a 3-tier marketing team and responsible for all key deliverable matrices
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- PPC & Social Media campaigns management. Implementing remarketing and retargeting strategies.
- Efficiently manage advertising budgets to maximize results without overspending.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour using tools such as Google
- Analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
