Role Job Description:

Looking to hire an all-in-one marketer -- someone who can lead all aspects of marketing including branding. Look for someone who is very self-motivated and versatile ... and gets stuff done.

- Market Knowledge: Gain an in-depth knowledge of the industry, understand competition and competitor strategy and new marketing initiatives that can be adopted by the company

- Understand the current BTL initiatives taken by the company and recommend improvements and new ideas

- Come up with innovative ideas such as case studies, video, sales documents to to promote the product

- Create rich content on existing and new product and new initiatives taken by the company that can be shared with trade, in the company and on social media

- Customer profiling: Understand target customer in detail. Conduct survey and interviews to gain further knowledge on customer journey

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels for marketing the product

- Work with in-house Social Media team and come up with new campaigns to reach out to maximum target customer

- Solution based selling: Find out new areas/ segments/ industry's in which the product can be pitched such NGO's. Come up with solution based concepts for different companies and lead execution

Requirements:

- MBA in marketing (from top 20 B-School in India) or equivalent working experience.

- Past experience in product marketing, and/or product management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role

- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire team, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
