Roles And Responsibilities :
- Drive and lead steel products sales to steer the monthly and annuals targets towards achievements of overall business plan
- Managing end to end supply chain from India to final destination with an aim to reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Assisting in finalising commericals with logistics service providers
- New customer base creation and maintain customer relations to support the overall sales strategy
- Contract Management along with cost reconciliation
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders including production, planning, finance, logistics, quality, legal etc.
- Maintaining monthly MIS, Assisting in industry analysis & managing complete post sales activities after contract finalisation
- New business development of Wire Rods/ TMT Bars/ DIP
- Grow existing product offerings with the key accounts while introducing new product opportunities.
- Should bring in innovative ideas to leverage business potential and process optimization
- Should work along with business teams to deliver results and ensure knowledge transfer.
