Also allows suppliers to upload their products and resellers can sell and earn too. Responsibilities: - Independently manage and run a couple of growth and marketing initiatives - Strategize, execute, analyze and manage both ATL/BTL activities - Conceptualize, plan and execute marketing &amp; growth initiatives end-to-end - 2+ years of prior experience in marketing, sales development, start-ups, consulting - Creative thinking and strong research skills - Comprehensive thinking and planning ability - Someone who excels at developing and implementing a plan from concept to completion, generating measurable outcomes - Track record of productive team work - Enjoy getting hands dirty and possess a drive for continuous learning - Stellar communication skills and structured thought process - Excellent analytical skills to understand drivers for success/failure of initiatives - Ability to manage multiple projects &amp; priorities simultaneously - Comfortable with ambiguity/ chaos and unpredictable working hours - Graduate from a premier institute - Needs to be good in English &amp; Hindi communication
