- Must be from Food/BISCUITS/CONFECTIONERY INDUSTRY PREFERRED . PGDA from a Good B school with at least 6-8 year of experience in brand management Currently with a Good Hard Core FMCG organization.Currently working as Sr.Brand Manager/ Product Manager Position or in Sr.Product Manager Position.

- You should have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with multi cultural teams.

- Candidate should be willing to relocate to Chennai

Candidates Requirement :

You will be responsible for :

- Brand Building, marketing strategy to make brand equity stronger & grow market share

- Evaluate and track brand performance and brand health and communicate to key stake holders the progress

- Redefining the brand communication

- Developing and evaluating consumer promotion activities

- Managing the budgets against marketing activities to ensure compliance with spend forecasting.

- Will be in charge of both ATL & BTL.

- Must coordinate with both internal Team and External agencies
