Job Description:
Part of a centralized marketing and sales support function for the organization globally.
Below are key responsibility areas of the profile:
- Ideation and implementation of marketing campaigns for all verticals and services of the organization
- The campaign objectives would be brand building and customer acquisition both existing and new
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating various platforms such as BTL, digital, ATL and others
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's best practices and staying ahead of the curve.
- Responsible for brand awareness and lead generation for the organization through with focus on ROI and measurement metrics
- Liasion with each vertical to support their sales objectives through customized campaigns as well as market the corporate in an integrated manner
- Collate marketing and sales content from each vertical for creating case studies, customer service papers, flyers, audio visuals, pamphlets, presentations and other sales communication collaterals.
- Identify, evaluate and leverage the expertise of third party agencies and service providers for focused marketing, branding and sales support campaigns and activities
- Create and maintain a repository of best sales supports practices of industry peers and outside industry organisations, for implementing the same within the organisation's sales initiatives
A marketing manager should:
- have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- B2B experience is preferred
- think creatively
- be able to respond well to pressure
Qualification: Any Graduate and MBA in Marketing with 6 to 7 years experience in B2B
