Manager - Marketing & Sales - Neuropsychiatric

- Contribute to overall business objective of business Unit.

- Lead key activation projects by collaborating with key stakeholders.

- Own, Facilitate and support medical and marketing through execution of planned activities, conference participations by coordinating with all FF, ABMs and RBMs towards execution of planned activities and marketing driven programs

- Manage customer engagement as per OEC guidelines through PSA. To ensure OEC guidelines and procedures are followed by the field force and activity

- Claims are paid on time.

- Initiate and ensure completion of FMV, ARFs etc (ensure that all OEC related approvals are in place) for all the activities

- Help in maintaining the database for KOLs and KBLs at HO

- Train the FF in understanding the OEC SOP guidelines applicable from time to time

- Help the Marketing team by coordinating with concerned people in supply chain/Commex for timely delivery of inputs and availability of all marketing inputs with field force

- Update the proactively plan and execute immediate and medium term plans for the business.

- Record and report all market intelligence to HO received from FF.

- Liase with agencies to execute activities by ensuring internal approvals.
