As a Senior Marketing Manager, You will be managing overall positioning of company's products and services in the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for attracting new customers through lead generation activities and raising brand awareness through various marketing channels and campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include,
- Driving overall brand identity and positioning for company and its product portfolio. Identify target customer personas and develop omni-channel marketing plans across products and locations
- Ensure a consistent flow of relevant incoming leads by overseeing digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, e-mail marketing and impactful content marketing via relevant B2B social media channels like LinkedIn etc.
- Curating networking events, webinars and evaluating sponsorship of relevant industry events to promote company as a thought leader in the reward and recognition sector
- Managing strategic marketing collaborations with industry partners and PR initiatives
- Prepare go-to-market strategies for new product and features as applicable
- Drive consistency in brand's look and feel and tone of voice. Managing marketing collaterals, content, and updates for existing customers and attracting new clients
- Work closely with management, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth ongoing marketing support. Lead and manage the marketing team at company. Be a mentor, coach, and guide employees in their relevant tasks
Core technical skills for this role are,
- Brand custodian experience to ensure consistency across overall communication architecture, look and feel
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy, specifically for SaaS products
- Content strategy experience to build positive brand equity and appeal to target audience
- Ability to test new marketing opportunities and building relationships through various channels
- Hands on experience with relevant design tools and software, managing content production, effectively using CRMs like HubSpot
