The Responsibilities :
Job Purpose :

- To be an expert across multiple disciplines (eg-different dimensions of risk, marketing, fraud, collections etc), display a sound knowledge of SAS,varied statistical and quantitative techniques (modelling, segmentation etc) and deliver high quality insightful analysis to the client

- Manage new migrations as per the new control procedures
Process Improvement/ Re-engineering :

- Develop team's understanding of assigned client base and consistently participate & encourages best practice sharing either on project or on solutions basis
- Is proactive in contributing to R&D and in suggestion and evaluation of possible ways forward with a knowledge of best practices and comparison of risks and benefits involved
Risk & Control :
Ensure that team complies with :
- QA Process
- AYIC / ACE testing
- GPL
- Learning and development processes
- Review & assess you and your team's systems/documentation housekeeping on a regular basis.
- Raise with the business when processes owed by others in the business need to be improved
- Identify and escalate potential risks
People :
- As a SME on various domains, provide relevant analytical assistance to junior members of the team
- Participates in full range of hiring and other talent development activities
- Proactively volunteers & contributes across talent development initiatives
- Identify training gaps and lead training initiatives
Key Decisions :
- Describe 1 or 2 typical decisions you have to make, in the course of your job.
- Work allocation amongst team members bearing in mind people's capabilities, skill sets and bandwidth to ensure personal and professional growth
