Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives to increase repeat purchase and maximise customer's lifetime value.

2. Responsible for driving loyalty program with strong understanding of consumer behaviour

3. Responsible for managing all communication channels like email, push notification, SMS and web notifications and leading the retention team

4. Work closely with paid marketing, category and creative team to drive maximum customer value.

5. Analyze customer journeys to understand customer behaviour.

6. Conceptualize campaigns to drive retention basis category knowledge and data driven decision
