Head Hunting for Marketing Manager (Retail Sales)- FMCG Food Retail for an Indian Promoter Driven Packaged Food & Snacks Organization:

Candidates with 7 -10 years of exposure to retail marketing will be given preference.

Reports To: Executive Director

Job Location: Delhi

Subordinates / Reportees: 8 - 10

Work Experience: Minimum 7 - 10 years of Total Relevant Work Experience with exposure to FMCG Food Retail & F&B- Sectors.

Candidature Requirements:

- Candidate must have a High Business Revenue Generation Aptitude.

- Need a Candidate who can join the organization without any tailored system and process in place and build those bench-marking in the best interest of the company ||

- Must have sound Logical, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills

- Should have through knowledge and understanding of Sales & the North Indian Market.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of Sales & the North Indian Market.

Education: MBA/PGDM - Marketing (Retail Experience)

- Sound exposure to Brand Management (4 P's - Product, Price, Promotion, Placement)
