Marketing Managers

Education : Should possess a full time PG degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Fashion communication from a premier institution and/or B School

Core functions :

- Ensure that all marketing communication is executed as per brand guidelines and all assets available are used optimally

- Timely/constant and correct merchandise & range information to the relevant set of customers across stores

- Existing customer relationship management- Ensure repeat visits and engagement with the brand as per KPIs set

- Creatively and meticulously execute new store launch plans within budgets and timelines

- New customer acquisition- Work with influencers to tap into the customer base in the fashion, lifestyle and related fields like wedding planners, F&B chains and boutique experience salons and spas

- Work closely with the store teams to drive activation programs for potentially inactive/inactive and churned customers

Will work with :

Apart from the immediate working relationship with her R1, ie Marketing head, she will need to work closely with :

- Operations/Business head

- PR manager

- Graphic designer

- Store managers

- Visual merchandiser

- Buyer/product planner
