Responsible for overseeing Marketing initiatives for the set of Brands. Works to develop areas such as Marketing communications, including advertising and promotions and customer service.
Primary Responsibilities/ Job Description:
- Responsible for Formulating & implementing ATL / BTL promotion activities (Electronic, Digital, Web based, Outdoor, Print, Window Display, QPS, Consumer Offers & Activation) for the set of brands
- Ideating social media marketing & other digital marketing plans & effective executing the same
- Coordination with the brand and PR agency for press releases, photo shoots and other media events
- Plan and implement Marketing Calendar
- Formulate and Manage Marketing budget, and monitor monthly marketing expenses vis-a vis budget
- Tracking competitors spend.
- Manage and Strategize CRM programs like Loyalty Programs, Referral Programs for the end consumers
- Lead Generation for increasing footfalls / walk-ins in all the retail outlets
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Media buying / Media plans
- Preparation of Strategy document for long term guidelines on the basis of market reality
- Develop effective and efficient brand and communication strategy to drive brand imagery and aggressive business goals
- Develop competitive analysis/ market intelligence, promotions, communications and budgets
- Creating marketing roadmap.
Job Specifications/ Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years- experience in marketing and promotion, PR, event management, and/or advertising
- Minimum 2 years- experience at a senior managerial level
