Manager - Marketing - Real Estate

- Brand: To use various communication channels (advertising, PR, BTL etc.) through various mediums to create enhanced target audience awareness of target brand attributes in cost-effective fashion

- Product (Project): To use various communication channels (advertising, PR, BTL etc.) through various mediums in the cost-effective fashion to aid Marketing, Sales and Customer Care in their objectives linked to enhanced target audience awareness of products (projects), enhanced demand for the product, customer loyalty etc.

- To enhance perception of company's brand and products through innovation and design excellence in domestic and international markets

- To help create and deploy appropriate advertising and brand communication strategy for a selected set of brands allocated to the manager

- To work with our advertising agencies to create relevant advertising which is in-line with the proposed positioning

- To work out appropriate media strategy to meet brand objectives as also to deliver required efficiencies in terms of cost, exposure, OTS, and reach

- To monitor and manage brand communication budgets for allocated brands

- To provide leadership to a team of brand-comm. executives for effective execution of all brand-related activities including but not limited to print advertising, outdoor, online, radio, events and all other non-conventional media

- To lead the brand communication team responsible for new brand/product launches

- To create understanding for planning launch of new products from a brand point of view
