Manager - Marketing - Real Estate

Looking for a Marketing Manager for a Multinational Real Estate Company for their Residential Marketing Division.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the Business Head and sales team in the marketing of specific high-value projects and properties across Primary & Resale businesses

- Advice on marketing channels to be used and execute campaigns specific to the requirement

- Support sales teams for specialized pitches and presentations

- Create standardized sales collaterals as part of the sales kits

- Manage demand generation campaigns end to end by liaisoning with Corporate Marketing (strategy, research, web services, event support, but not limited to these)

- Work closely with global teams to localise templates

- Manage the residential part of the website and other company-wide systems

Primary Skills (Must have):

- Proven track record of achieving HNI business targets.

- Experience in B2C marketing preferred.

- Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

- Good understanding of marketing channels including digital / online.

- Should have an understanding of business context and its articulation in customer outreach plans.

- Process orientation is a must.

- Should be a self-starter, have an hands-on approach.

Dual reporting : National Director - Residential & Director - Marketing & Communications.

Working days : Monday to Friday

Salary Range: 8 - 9 LPA
