The opening is with a leading Real Estate Company for their office in Pune.

Role : Marketing Manager

Basic Purpose of the Position :

- The objective of this position is to entail effectively and manage all major aspects of Corporate Branding and Project Marketing.

- It would broadly encapsulate Above the line(ATL)/Below the line (BTL) marketing activities, developing project specific promotion material like brochures / renders / animation, consumer research, developing and managing web content, product and process innovation, competitive analysis, Campaign Management. on-site activities like sample flat concept development / prototype(model) development / sales data tracking and mining. To be the custodian of the brand across all customer touch points.
