Manager - Marketing - QSR

We are looking for Marketing Manager for a leading QSR to be based at Gurgaon. Please go through the below mentioned JD for the same:

- To create and drive marketing programs for Home Delivery Segment

- The focus within Marketing would be a mix of Above the line and Below the line activities. However, Below the line activities would be more prominent.

- Define, Manage & Execute Home Service Marketing Calendar.

Business Responsibility :

- Responsible for delivering sales and transaction growth numbers for the Home Service channel by developing relevant plans and activation ideas

- Own the BYA process, ensure regular updates and course correction initiatives

- Liaise with key creative agencies for development of collaterals and key campaigns

- Liaise with various franchise partners and coordinate on the Home Service initiatives

- Define acquisition and retention strategy for new consumers

- Help define guard rails for future asset design

- Define, Manage & Execute marketing calendar for Home service channel

- Build and deliver the daily calendar for the brand; ensure OTIF execution of key windows across estate.

- Marketing plan development and execution

- Planning, coordination and execution of all home service marketing collaterals - leaflets, box toppers and other elements for all new initiatives as per budgets and on-time

- Responsible for close co-ordination with Ops team to ensure execution excellence through alignment.
