We specialize in providing business and tax guidance and accounting services to international companies that are currently conducting or initiating business in India as well as those expanding overseas.

Apart from consulting on entry strategies to implementing business set-up and Mergers & Acquisitions transactional support, the firm also assists clients with assurance, domestic and international tax, transfer pricing, corporate services, and finance & accounting outsourcing matters, all under one roof. Their team is dedicated to ensuring clients receive continuity of support, right across the business lifecycle.

They serve over 1,000 clients including multinationals, companies listed on exchanges, privately held and family-owned businesses from more than 45 countries. Our team of over 850 members is lead by 21 Partners/Directors.

The team includes Chartered Accountants (CA), Certified Internal Auditors (CIA), Information System Auditors (ISA), Cost Accountants (CWA), Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Company Secretaries (CS), Lawyers, Engineers and Information Technology (IT) Professionals.

Role specific skillsets:

- Meeting assigned lead generation goals for bringing in new business

- Identifying and building relationships with key influencers such as banks, law firms, trade bodies, industry associations, etc.

- Conducting lead generation activities as required filling the pipeline with new opportunities, including required industry or service related research, seminar or tradeshow participation, networking with target audience, etc. 


- Developing and maintaining required expertise in assigned services and products to independently qualify prospects for appropriateness of fit. 


- Providing specific information for proposals to be generated by the sales team or respective practice. 


- Manage a team and ensure appropriate allocation and timely delivery of tasks and projects. 


- Support in developing group level marketing strategy and implementing assigned tasks

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have:

- Minimum 2-6 years of experience within business development role. 


- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience in working professional service firms such as consulting and accounting, market research firms, etc. would be added advantage
