Main Purpose :
- To work with the business head in giving strategic direction to company's countrywide activities and implement policies in all areas of Marketing, Finance etc. to attain organizational goals
- Internalize the company's philosophy, such that its fundamental policies and guiding principles are reflected in all company activities
- Responsible for the management and development of Product Managers/Educational Specialist
Key Accountabilities :
Driving Leadership and Culture :
- Reinforce and promote Organizations core mission, vision, values and Code of Conduct and Demonstrate traits in day to day work.
- Actively listen and seek to understand differing perspectives; work together to achieve the common goals of team and Organization.
Marketing Role :
- Develop effective marketing strategies, and guide new product launches and maintain market share and significantly increase annual sales
- Develop & execute tactical campaigns for achieving share & financial objectives.
- Monitor sales and marketing activities, controlling related activities like sales analysis, sales monitoring and marketing/product training
Business Planning :
- Analyze current growth patterns, identify target products and benchmark the products against competition
- Estimate product segment demand and draft annual AOP along with Business Head
- Review post marketing surveillance and get feedback from customers in order to enhance growth prospects for the region.
Competitor Information :
- Direct efforts of team to get information on competitor activities in the region, track competitor information on a half-yearly basis,
- Review monthly competitor reports, compare internal benchmarks, analyze information effectively to target competitor's customers in order to gain competitive advantage in the market
Customer Management :
- Provide monthly inputs on current trends in customers
- Guide and supervise training and awareness programs in coordination with Training specialist for customers, provide feedback,
- Review monthly product report, resolve all complaints in order to retain and satisfy customers for overall business results and growth of the company
Qualifications/ Experience :
- Science Graduate with MBA from Good premier or Tier I B school
- 10 - 12 years experience in Marketing Management
- 4 - 5 years experience in Product Life cycle management in Pharma / Device Industry
- 3 - 4 years Experience in Sales (Concept Selling) prior to Product management
