We are hiring for a leading Pharma Giant for the captioned role. 


Details below :

PURPOSE :


- To develop a local portfolio marketing strategy with the Marketing Director and drive launch, campaigns and sales execution as well as follow-up with internal stakeholders, working in order to achieve short and long term business objectives.

Main accountabilities :

- Design and execute the portfolio marketing plan and strategy

- Conduct competitor and market analysis, analyze affiliate expectations, evaluate market potential, prepare medium term marketing strategy and investment plans

- Set targets and allocate approved budget segment wise, finalize annual brand plans, product mix and product launch plans, plan for and jointly lead review meetings, IN ORDER TO ensure achievement of annual business plans pertaining to therapy areas responsible for.

Promotional Plans, Investment, Advertising and Campaigns :

- Initiate market research / pilot studies and finalize promotion plans

- Jointly allocate team responsibilities along with medical and sales functions

- Negotiate costs and appoint PR and advertising agencies, identify innovative promotional tools, conceptualize and design mass campaigns, liaise with medical professional bodies, track progress and take corrective measures in order to ensure higher product sales and return on investment for marketing activities.

People Management :

- Recruit personnel, assign responsibilities, set SMART targets, guide execution and review performance, formulate competency based Individual development plans, initiate team building activities enable employees meet individual and team targets, identify training needs in order to build a focused and cohesive team.

- In the process, identify the successor and - buddy- him / her for future development

Others :

- Act in line with ethical standards, company procedures and Organizations' Way of Management which includes Vision, Policies and Charter which describes our Values, Commitments and Fundamentals.

- Ensure and maintain customer focus

- Ensure cost control and effectiveness in the corporate communication function

Purpose and subject of interaction with internal/external customers and key contacts :

- Provide the affiliate management with product and marketing updates.

- Motivate the sales force and ensure they are fully prepared for successful execution.

- Create a mutually beneficial relationship with KOLs and HCPs and promote Brand as a patient centric company.

Challenges with regard to innovation and change :

- Develop a competitive marketing strategy (together with the Affiliate Marketing Director), executing counter-strategies when necessary.

- Adapt portfolio strategy to the local patient needs.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES :

- Education requirements : MBA with specialization in Marketing from Premier B School

- Work experience : Managerial experience of 5-7 years (initial sales experience of 1-2 years)
