Manager - Marketing - Pharma

Position: Marketing Manager (Leading MNC Pharma Company)

Role:

- To design and execute the portfolio marketing plan and strategy for the therapy area

- Drive Brand Plans, Launch, campaigns etc. as part of the marketing plan

- Conduct competitor and market analysis, analyze affiliate expectations, evaluate market potential, prepare medium term marketing strategy and investment plans

- Initiate market research / pilot studies and finalize promotion plans

- Jointly allocate team responsibilities along with medical and sales functions

- Work with PR and advertising agencies, identify innovative promotional tools

- Team Management

- Motivate the sales force and ensure they are fully prepared for successful execution

Requirements:

- Post-Graduation - MBA with specialization in Marketing from Premier B School

- Pharma Marketing experience of 8-12 years, initial sales experience of 1-2 years

- Should have worked in marketing of an Innovative Product in a good MNC or Indian Company

- Should have experience in launching a new innovative product
