This position will be responsible for supporting the marketing & operations function across South Asia region. The person would have the responsibility to work closely with the region/country leadership team to coordinate & drive the marketing & pipeline planning & support initiatives round the year.
Key Responsibilities :
- Regional lead for the bi-annual pipeline planning workshops across region
- Events & Activity calendar - planning, tracking & support
- Track & report performance outcomes of annual events and quarterly activity calendars
- Offline marketing / creative support to in-country marketing team for local promotions, outreach etc
- Prepare monthly country & region marketing & Australia client relations reports
- Identify new innovative ideas / efficiency opportunities across countries & region
- Be collaborative, team player & positive contributor to the region
Key Measures :
- Pipeline planning workshops are planned, documents aligned & outcomes shared by country
- Event planning, marketing plans & reports are consolidated & aligned as per region guidelines
- Successful launch & automation of paperless events module across all countries in region
- Activity calendars by country are finalised. Measure and report performance outcomes on activity calendar execution & results every quarter
- Standardise & improvise marketing material & documents to support in country marketing & operations team for local institution visits strategy

Operations Support
Bi-Annual Pipeline Planning Meetings
& support the bi-annual pipeline planning workshops across region. Have the bi-annual calendars and pipeline workshop documents defined and ready in time
Build alignment across multi functional teams at country & office along with the country leader towards delivery of pipeline, APF & revenue goals
Identify key opportunity areas & action items from the pipeline meeting
Discuss and finalise the regional pipeline planning workshop calendars with the in country leadership team
Define & have the final agenda and pipeline meeting review document ready as per defined timelines prior to the pipeline workshop
Support planning & achieve defined outcomes from pipeline planning workshops
Appropriate workshop outcomes / action points are agreed with relevant stakeholders and then implemented locally in accordance with approved plans
Event Marketing & Support across region :
Finalise the annual events (virtual & physical) calendar
Track event participation & revenue generation across countries in region
Consolidate and review country wise event marketing plans with supervisor
Review of event country briefing & report and changes made (as needed)
Support planning & execution of technological innovations across events
Event calendars are finalised 4-6 months prior to the start of the next financial year
Monitor & report client participation at events & revenue generation by country vs. budget
Event marketing plan feedback is shared & discussed with in country marketing teams & changes made (as appropriate)
Country briefing documents & post event reports to be consolidated (by country) in close coordination with in country teams
Successfully implement the digital events module in close coordination with regional & in country marketing team
Activity Calendar Management :
Put together the country wise activity calendars by quarter for the region
Track execution & outcomes of the defined activities on an ongoing basis
Discuss and finalise the calendars 2 weeks prior to beginning of next quarter
Ensure adherence to processes, track plans are created and executed within agreed timeframes, analyse & report activity calendar planned vs. actual outcomes
Offline Marketing Support - Outreach etc
Support in country marketing & operations teams with standardised marketing & promotional material for use as part of outreach activities
Provide in country marketing teams with offline marketing / creative support
Feedback from stakeholders confirms that the marketing materials / pack is of high quality and supports the achievement of country's outreach objectives
Have standardised marketing collateral designs / study guides / in office branding in accordance to the brand guidelines
Australia Client Relations Support :
Ensure event proposals are defined and sent to clients on time
Standardise the bi-annual client performance process for top clients
Keep track of key destination & visa grant updates
Event proposals for all countries are consolidated, reviewed & feedback shared (as appropriate)
Have standardised document template & review process for all key & star clients across countries in region
Report destination trends, offshore visa grants and other key updates by country as part of monthly report
