We are urgently hiring for Marketing Manager- OTC for A Leading Pharma Company for there Consumer Business Division based at Bangalore:

Position Title: Marketing Manager

Location: India - Bangalore

About the Role :

The marketing manager will manage the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company.

- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

- Overseeing the company's marketing budget.

- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.

- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Academic Background :

- MBA/Bachelor degree in Marketing

- Qualified chartered marketer

- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Confident and dynamic personality

- Strong creative outlook

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

- Minimum 5 years of Healthcare / Personal Care consumer marketing experience

- Awareness of the regulatory environment in the consumer healthcare segments!

- Experience in leading and managing a team of brand managers

- Experience, knowledge and flair to work with multiple agencies & partners

- Be in sync with the realities of the current shopping channels and shopping behaviour

- Strong English communication & presentation skills

- Be entrepreneurial in attitude and be a calculated risk-taker

- Good working knowledge of MS office tools.

- Must be a self-starter with aptitude to work in ambiguity, without supervision, and an ambition to excel in a new business set-up.
