They have been growing rapidly and need a strong Marketing Operations Manager to fuel and sustain the growth for India

Job Description - Reporting to the Global BD Directors, the incumbent will be responsible for:

a) To build the GTM strategy with reference to retail :

- GT - small appliance, electronics, kitchen utensil stores

- MT - stores with and without FMCG / durable categories

- Markets with one dominant RTM - Wholesale/ GT/MT / Alternate channels

- Stores with and without promoters

- Markets with stiff competition and markets without water purifier category

b) Pilot and develop alternate repeatable, scalable RTMs for faster penetration

- D2C - Leads Home Demo route /D2H, Sales through service channel

- B2B - GKK route for HORECA, Schools & Hospitals, Offices & Factories

- B2C - Institutional sales, MFI

c) Build trade and team capability to penetrate faster with premium devices

The Successful Candidate - Key Competencies :

- 2009- 2010 premium MBA

- Specialized profile, with strong consumer durable experience specifically around selling appliances etc

- Customer and consumer centricity.

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Negotiation and Consensus Building

- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environment.

- Result orientation

- Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

- Jobs involving extensive oral communication, people interaction & negotiation

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment.

- Experience in selling new products and developing markets.
