Marketing Operations Manager
Closely work in matrix structure with the OpCo CD & BB team to deliver TO by -
Collaborate and co - create with OpCo
To build the GTM strategy w.r.t retail :
- GT - small appliance, electronics, kitchen utensil stores
- MT - stores with and without FMCG / durable categories
- Markets with one dominant RTM - Wholesale/ GT/MT / Alternate channels
- Stores with and without promoters
- Markets with stiff competition and markets without water purifier category
Pilot and develop alternate repeatable, scalable RTMs for faster penetration :
- D2C - Leads Home Demo route /D2H, Sales through service channel
- B2B - GKK route for HORECA, Schools & Hospitals, Offices & Factories
- B2C - Institutional sales, MFI
Build trade and team capability to penetrate faster with premium devices :
- 4m BMI on which the person does not have direct responsibility but has a say/view on approx 40% if it which is spent on PWEs-promoters
- Influencing /aligning the OpCo BB and CD teams to execute the actions despite the team not even having dotted line reporting to the person
- Providing GTM solutions wrt to channels, competition, market development despite not being on ground in the market
- Water purifier market is changing very fast wrt new technology, new entrants into the market, opening of new channels, changing consumer preferences with regards to place /channel / usage / mode of buying, etc hence the person needs to be hands on and up to date wrt to these changes
