The Role:
In this role the candidate will own the CRM & Marketing and Sales Operations across all product suites and products . Our target customer segments consist of highly specialized and customized B2B audiences. Marketing strategies are critically tied to generating, maintaining, updating, and operating a high quality database that allows our sales and product marketing efforts to be effective in their outreach. We are looking for a highly organized and operationally savvy individual who will deliver on this mandate.
Ownership of our Customer & Data Management Platform (CMP / DMP)
- Design, build, and manage our highly targeted CMP and DMP through a combination of first and third party research, continuous updates, and data mining tools.
- This individual and a team of operations specialists will be responsible for constantly monitoring and updating this DMP on a real-time basis.
- Build and implement persona-based lists (segments) for use in Email marketing, ABM, and SEM audience building
- Setting up processes to ensure that every contact in the database is acted upon by the data operations team.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact
- Present analysis and findings to a variety of audience
- Lead marketing automation efforts to build best-in-class nurture programs that focus on adding value to the pipeline.
Ownership of Tools & Systems & Campaigns
- Maintain and manage our CRM and email marketing databases and related tool chains.
- Execute on email marketing campaigns by designing innovative sequences and workflows with a strong focus on outcomes and metrics
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Assist demand gen teams with data / insight as needed

The Skills :
- Proven experience in a cross-functional digital and CRM role at a B2B SaaS firm
- Strong understanding of database schemas, CRM, and email marketing tools
- Strong numeracy, metrics orientation, and technical skills are a must
- Proven experience in managing marketing & sales data operations
- Ability to build deep understanding of our target audience
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business, operations and technology teams internally and externally
- Comfortable working with large data sets conducting complex analysis, converting results into actionable business decisions
- Good analytical skills
- Who Should Apply:
- 8+ years of experience running CRM and Marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- Must have worked on data entry, database maintenance and upkeep
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, or related stacks is required
