- Develop a strategy and implementation roadmap for Marketing Operations that is scalable and optimized, producing highly-qualified leads that drive revenue and enhancing the customer experience.
- Assist with recruiting, staffing, and training of in-house Marketing Operations staff.
- Ensure proper leadership of the design and operations of lead generation, campaign management, marketing databases, marketing automation solutions, and performance tracking.
- Own all deliverables involving staff, technology, data, and analytics in order to deliver repeatable, measurable marketing programs.
- Work closely with Vice President of Marketing to ensure that strategies, messaging, technologies, and processes are planned and executed flawlessly
- Define key marketing metrics and manage the process of packaging these measurements into reports and dashboards to determine the overall performance of the marketing team and marketing programs
- Identify areas for enhancing client-centric value and improving marketing ROI.
- Partner with leaders in marketing and across the organization to define, socialize and implement a planning framework for hiring standards, career progression and skill development

- 5+ years of working experience in a marketing leadership capacity managing high-performing, cross-functional teams (agency/in-house)
- Experience spearheading B2B lead generation initiatives for FinTech and BPO organizations, targeted towards C-suite and senior leadership within U.S. based financial institutions
- Ability to identify, hire and nurture top talent that specializes in content marketing, creative design, digital media, SEO/SEM, program management and market research and analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills including mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience in data analysis and building dashboards and reports
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems, Salesforce or Hubspot preferred, and integrating those systems with other technologies
- Expertise in digital marketing oversight and inbound marketing and sales methodology
