Role: The company is a start-up and in the space of mental & emotional wellness. It requires aggressive marketing & promotion of the mental health-check product in the B2B segment initially, and later into B2C and B2G. The company is backed by the Dabur Group and is looking to hire someone with real-time experience of marketing, business development and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should be someone who is capable of reaching out to corporates with the product offering and make a value proposition that would tempt the corporates to try the product at least for once. Additionally, the role will be responsible for creating product awareness in the market and leading all social media marketing endeavor.
In summary, this is a role responsible for revenue generation and make the business attractive enough for the next round of funding (Series-A). For making this happen, the Marketing Manager would be expected to do the following.
- Establish initial connect with influencers within large and medium-size corporates
- Present the product's value proposition to those who express interest in knowing more about the company's product
- Aim to get a footprint within the company by requesting for engagement sessions with small groups of employees
- If required offer a complimentary package initially, to build trust in the core utility of the product
- Once the value of the product has been proven, aim to offer the full-scale scope of services, including counseling & consulting sessions with the company's psychologists & psychiatrists.
The aim should be to build a pipeline for revenue generation in the initial phase, so that the company starts to generate actual revenues in the subsequent phase.
