Manager - Marketing - Medical Devices

Job Description :

- Develop and implement marketing plan, to achieve business objectives. Manage advertising, new product launch and promotional activities

- Understand customers preferences, key insights, buying motives (economic, technical) and new technologies to understand customer needs

- Develop an understanding of market size, Competition, dynamics and market drivers through intensive customer contact.

- Complete KOL management by initiating & conducting customer engagement programs like CMEs /RTMs & workshops

- Design Education programs on Orthopaedics/ design and execute other training and certification programs for key users of orthopaedic products

- Responsible for marketing expenses spend tracking & ensuring the expenses are within budgets

- Prepare & Present Qtr. & annual Plans for budget meetings, new product launch plans
