Marketing Manager
Develop relationship , negotiate aggressive rates and contract buys with all partners, responsible for cost optimisation and performance targets by managing the agency , conducting category negotiations , identifying opportunities to leverage and drive benefits primarily for BTL & ATL advertising spend and other categories at central level.
1. BTL activities : Regular Events , activation , Outdoor , Cinema , Merchandize , sponsorships, Trade Promotions , Flex Procurement , POS , Gifting Vouchers, Show Launches , Photoshoot , Editing and other production activities.
2. ATL Activities : TV, Print and Radio, DTH, Cable , Mobile marketing etc.
3. Closure of MSA and insurance for PAN India.
4. Maintaining data bank about the established vendors and their capabilities.
5. Manage and Publish MIS regularly for Procurement and spend analysis
6. Responsible for vendor development and vendor management
7. Ensuring relevant approvals for the deals and spends as per Purchase policy.
8. Manage entire PO process , UR selection and ensuring to have all documents , comparisons etc for audit compliance
9. Deliver business benefits which are aligned to quality , service , cost and innovation.
10. Business partnering and stakeholder management - Influence stakeholders to support strategy development , endorse recommended strategies , support execution , and agree how benefit delivery will be budgeted
11. External supplier relationships
Location : Chennai/Mumbai
Qualification : B.Com/B.Tech and MBA is preferable
