4. Create a user engagement model for Crypto and Creator communities Clearly define the ROI and ROO for the Brand, Business and Corporate objectives of AAP

5. Identify and create transformative money movement products and solutions that will support and deliver value to our business and our clients through this ecosystem evolution using Blockchain

6. Position Times token as the industry gold standard

7. Position us across industries bodies as a transformative digital content company leading the way into metaverse and blokchain

8. Serve as an internal and external facing expert on cryptocurrencies, permissioned, and permissionless blockchains and educate key clients on these ecosystems

9. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and define Marketing strategy

10. Build relationships and coordinate marketing and PR efforts for key partnerships with new age brands, influencers, crypto infrastructure providers, fintechs, financial institutions, merchants, partners, etc

11. Ideate and execute opportunities to build money movement products that leverage Times core competencies

12. Influence and provide market feedback and knowledge sharing to cross-functional teams and executive leadership

13. Partner with internal/external development teams to rapidly ideate, deploy & refine product offerings

14. Digital and/ or Crypto platform creation, innovation, and launch

15. Products and Services (Digital and Crypto) Creation, innovation and management

16. Digital B2B and B2C marketplace creation and management

Roles & Responsibilities:

A. Launch, drive ROI and ROO for both Products and Services

B. Launch a Syndication OR Licensing OR NFT OR API based B2B and B2C platform

C. Define and the brand goals and work closely towards the Business and Corporate goals

D. Knowledge across Syndication OR Licensing OR NFT and API integrations

E. Experience in Crypto and Blockchain

F. Experience in PR - Digital and Traditional and drive Digital influencers

G. Experience in creating and managing the Creators community

H. Experience in monetizing and creating a fan base

I. Platform and multi-product launch and multi product portfolio for both B2B and B2C

J. Lead the marketing efforts to ensure the customers understand the full range of the product's benefits. They may also be involved in the design and engineering process.

K. Need to be able to adapt quickly to changing market demands.

L. Strategic thinking. Person needs to think through each step of the product life cycle, from the initial design to how to eventually launch and distribute the product.

M. Budgeting, making revenue projections and managing cash flow

N. Create NFT, Editorial, Creative, In-Context, Celebrity Licensing, Gaming, API online Ala Carte and Subscription based prodcuts for e-commerce, B2B amd B2C products

O. Create an e-commerce driven model alongside direct and channel sales models via platform

P. Experience to launch new online products and platforms

Q. Product integration and new product development with the Creative community

R. Conceptualize and Deliver highly innovative digital media and content products

S. Launch multiple MVP's each quarter for the first 2 years

T. Prototype, test and build products as per customer need and demand

U. Create Demand Gen, Lead Gen, SQL and MQL lead platforms

V. Responsible for creating annual marketing plan, strategy and team

W. Preparing monthy, quarterly, annual budgets and allocating resources appropriately

X. Designing, planning and executing effective marketing campaigns

Y. Measuring campaign effectiveness

Z. Work closely with sales team to align sales and marketing strategy

AA. Devise a crypto marketing strategy

BB. Conduct market research, gather date, perform analytics,

CC. Create a pricing strategy for all products

DD. Creating new products/ideation/innovation

Knowledge & Skills

b) Knowledge across the domains of Media, Sports, Entertainment, Online, Gaming, NFT, Crypto, Blockchain and Fashion

c) Experience to work with cross border international and domestic partners

i) Possesses knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency and Crypto marketing
