- Manage the overall marketing function of Print, Online, digital and Events.
- Person will be responsible for developing and managing the community engagement strategy for the businesses and custom content verticals
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cultivating meaningful relationships and brand loyalty among existing and potential stakeholders, including: advertisers,, media partners, fashion designers, Architect engagement program, VIP engagement program
- Develop and execute a community acquisition plan that leverages multiple media platforms, brand Partnerships, Social Media, Email Marketing Campaigns, and Content and search engine optimization (SEO)
- He/she will proactively generate creative concepts and engaging messaging that aligns with brand strategy, examples may include: campaign materials, digital/social campaigns, e-newsletters, event promotion, media releases, presentations, etc.
- Liaising with external agencies for Public Relations, Social Media, Digital and Brand campaigns
- Collaborate on influencer and referral marketing campaigns: identifying influencers, outreach, negotiation, ROI reporting, and competitive reviews.
- Spearhead utilization of social media, digital and traditional media, as well as track and report corresponding analytics.
- Work closely with sales and editorial teams to plan and develop market launches, brand solution activities, conversion matrix
- Develop a calendar of content, event and sponsorship opportunities.
- Outreach and relationship building for architects and HNIs in various cities. Building a program of direct engagement through content, mailers, personalized calls, and relevant events.
- Building a program and strategy for engagement months prior to larger events, and tracking responsiveness and attendance
Position Requirements
- MBA/PG degree or the equivalent in Marketing and related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- User acquisition experience, with demonstrated track record or building and successfully executing dynamic promotional campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to manage large events,projects with multiple priorities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - can execute complex tasks flawlessly and with minimal oversight
- Knowledge of digital marketing and traditional communications, public relations, and event management
- Strong social media background
- History of managing and executing loyalty, retention and reactivation focused campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast paced and progressive environment
- Strong data analytics capabilities
