Responsibilities:

Brand Positioning:
- Maintain and elevate the brand image through consistent messaging and storytelling.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and positioning.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics to optimize performance and enhance the online presence of the brand.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute high-profile events, fashion shows, and product launches to create buzz and drive brand awareness.
- Foster relationships with industry influencers, celebrities, and key stakeholders.
Collaborations and Partnerships:
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand's reach.
- Leverage relationships with influencers and key figures in the luxury fashion space.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor ROI and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury fashion.
- Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
