Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Negotiable

To ensure development and growth of business in both GT and MT channels as far as trade marketing is concerned through focusing on brand building in line with the long term goals along with providing strategic direction and building capability at the front end for the business.

Expected Key Results:

To ensure development and implementation of business strategy.

Activities:

- Ensuring achievement of top line and bottom line targets.

- Setting targets and monitoring them periodically to ensure that they are in line with the business plan.

- Making the marketing calendar for the year.

- Planning and implementing customer promotion activities.

- Managing new product launches.

- Developing and implementing market strategies.

To ensure effective category management :

- Driving right categories in the channel.

- Ensuring execution of category-region-channel grid.

- Analysing competitor pricing and strategies.

- Ensuring analysis of all activations .

To ensure financial management of all marketing and sales related activities :

- Ensuring delivery of business in given budget.

- Ensuring all consumer activations happen after maintain proper contribution margins.

- Ensuring all PO are raised on time for all activities.

To support and manage brand building in B2B :

- Exploring opportunities for events and sponsorships.

Graduation : Any specialization

Post-Graduation (Must have) : PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.

Working Experience:

Must have : 6-12 years of experience of handling trade marketing in a Liquor & FMCG company.
