EXPERIENCE: 10+ years' experience in marketing and minimum 4 years of managing overall marketing function.

QUALIFICATION: Master's in Business Administration / Master's in marketing.

REPORTING TO: Executive Director

Marketing Manager is responsible to promote our company's brand and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

- Development and execution of end-to-end marketing operations; content marketing, digital marketing, and branding.

- Hands on resource who would be responsible to build a strong brand, be pragmatic and socially conscious in building the brand narrative on a global canvas.

- Established press and media contacts, develop press release, handle interactions with PR agencies & coordinate press releases.

- Enhance company's positioning by creating unique value propositions & elevator pitches for differentiated communication with clients & influencers esp including service offering, content on website, Blogs, POVs, Case Studies, Videos, playbooks etc.

- Manage company's participation in industry events end-to-end that includes brand visibility, brand engagement and lead generation strategies, theme, message, communications, design, and vendor interactions/partnerships.

- Responsible to plan and execute Webinars, Virtual Events, Podcasts

- Coordination and working with Business Units to support large ongoing opportunities via campaigns etc.

- Establish go-to-market strategies, develop value propositions, develop marketing plans, work with sales, and end customers for push/pull.

- Thought leadership, developing and evangelising customer success stories, and articles - internally and externally serves as the company's spokesperson on roadmap & strategy at market, industry, investor events.

- Responsible to work with the leadership team, budgeting, transform the plans into action.

- Responsible for estimating and meeting Marketing budgets and overall responsibilities.

- Responsible for the marketing team's performance and meeting targets set for lead generation and website traffic
