Manager - Marketing - IT/KPO

Roles and Responsibilities:

- This is an individual contributor role.

Person at this role will be responsible for:

- Researching and evaluating the product and service opportunities, customer needs and insights

- Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for different brands of the firm.

- Ensuring effective marketing communication including company website, print communication, and advertising.

- Create marketing opportunities for Wisestep

- Manage relationship with external PR and media agencies.

- Create and manage the social media presence for Wisestep

- Work with the Product Management team and Senior Management team to decide and plan the marketing communication strategy

Requirements for this role are:

- Ability and experience of marketing new concepts

- Understanding of different business models and commercials models in the digital industry

- Ability to work in unstructured environment

- Entrepreneurial and Go-getter attitude

- Excellent Problem solving skills

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Good understanding of IT and digital industry

- Good knowledge of MS Office. Ability to create good PowerPoint presentations, proposals and business cases.

- MBA from a Premier Business school
