Position Summary :

- Marketing Specialist will be responsible for providing marketing support for assigned business units.

- The incumbent will work closely with the Field Marketing Managers (FMMSs) to plan and execute marketing campaigns/outreach programs, as well as providing support for sales enablement for all the solutions/services in the business units offerings portfolio.

- This position is both an individual contributor and a collaborator. It comes with supervisory responsibilities to manage junior marketing specialists, and to provide guidance to them in specialized areas.

- The incumbent will also accountable to customers/FMMs in terms of results enabled in terms of value of services delivered as well as leads, opportunities and wins generated from campaigns supported.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategically partner with the assigned Field Marketing Managers and assist them in developing and executing marketing plans for the BU.

- Planning activities include target account definition and identification, performing market/competitive analysis, developing a go-to-market strategy, creating a campaign calendar, defining campaign goals & objectives and strategy; and developing marketing channels.

- Play a consultative role in strategy, planning and budgeting of marketing campaigns.

- Define, manage, and implement various marketing programs that can include email marketing, events & trade shows, collateral development, website & rich media development, thought leadership marketing, client-centric/account-based marketing, and strategic deals support.

- Provide guidance to the creative design team and content writing teams to assist them in creating world-class brand compliant marketing assets and engagement tools.

- Collaborate with multiple teams (internal and external) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing activities.

- Provide sales enablement support and manage related initiatives including managing the information and assets in the corporate solutions/services repository.

- Author best practice and training documents for knowledge dissemination within the team.

- Other duties as assigned based on divisional needs.
