This role will have a significant impact in realising Vision and Plans for the future. Specifically the role is responsible for Brand Building, drawing up the Product Go To Marketing Strategy and for lead generation for the Sales Team.

- You will work with internal and external stakeholders/partners like AWS to run joint campaigns and marketing activities. Agency and vendor management is also part of this role.

Major R&R of this role are:

- Create and own marketing roadmap and go-to-market strategies to position the organisation as a partner of choice

- Design and implement programs for Brand Building

- Collaborating with cross-functional product owners to drive new product feature releases.

- Define Product messaging, positioning including competitive analysis.

- Manage Product launches, core positioning, marketing programs & collateral for the products.

- Design / create and execute innovative marketing strategies - offline, digital and social - which result in

- Generation of a strong sales funnel for the organization by attracting big ticket prospects across verticals - Lead Generation

- Thought leadership initiatives that would position Organisation as an agile, solutions-oriented organization that can deliver results

- Consistent messaging & branding initiatives to protect and reinforce the corporate brand to all stakeholders - existing customers, employees and partner organizations

- Internal brand building activities working with the HR functions to engage and enthuse existing employees

- Keeps abreast and understands technology trends in the target markets to

- Create appropriate messaging strategies to position organisation as a solution provider / consultative partner attracting both existing and prospective clients

- Ensure proper mix of various channels, including social media, and content strategy across platforms to result in measurable ROI for respective marketing objectives

- Directs all digital assets including websites, microsites, organization's social profiles to align with the positioning strategy

- Participating in various major conferences, events and expos, achieving specific marketing ROIs, and positioning Integra as an organization that understands current needs and possible future disruptions in the industry

- Partnering with Analysts such as Gartner to get the products rated

- Develop and manage various sales support content assets, maintaining central databases and repositories of marketing collateral and communiques, including Press Releases

- Develop and manage annual marketing budget; delivers results through measurable ROIs for various marketing objectives
