Marketing Manager
- This role entails strategic ownership of multiple workstreams- product marketing, performance marketing,, community management and much more. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both strategic and tactical execution as well as strong relationship management skills.
- Company is looking for a dynamic, all-rounder professional to own and drive the various workstreams in the Marketing function. This is a high impact role where the candidate will be expected to own and manage all marketing metrics (engagement metrics, brand awareness, demand/lead generation). Additionally, the candidate should also have a strategic bent of mind to conceptualise and execute pilot programs to drive TG engagement, brand awareness or even product adoption.
This is a rare opportunity as the marketing manager will get to script the brand`s 1 to 10 journey.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing Head and the larger operations team - BD, CS, and Product - to develop and execute marketing campaigns in support of GTV/revenue growth.
- Community building for our TG via content development, event participation, and additional collaboration opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns-timelines, budgets, metrics, reporting, etc.
- Curate and vet real-time opportunities; support in bringing events, partnerships and buzzworthy moments to life
- Help develop and execute a social media strategy that covers everything from setting objectives to the creative development process.
- Work collaboratively to promote projects, community members, sales promotions, and more.
- Competitor content benchmarking & project management
Requirements:
- MBA (from top-tier B-schools) with 0-2 years of experience of working in a growth marketing/brand management/ product marketing or GTM manager role
- Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
- Someone with a proven track record of- 1 working independently, 2 in ambiguous environments, 3 delivering high-pressure deadlines
- Experience managing marketing operations and creative processes including quarterly planning, budgets and reporting, and content development activities VenWiz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Page 1 VP#001/10-01-2022
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify industry trends and challenges
- Strong cross-functional skills with A+ project management capabilities, and the ability to manage content creation/creators
- Familiarity with CRM softwares (eg Leadsquared)
- Analytics platforms like GA, GSC, etc
- Running performance marketing campaigns on Google and Linkedin
- Running Account Based Marketing campaigns for B2B databases
- SEO
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry desirable
