About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our business in the UK and US markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, managing our marketing team, and overseeing all aspects of our marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute our marketing strategy for the UK and US markets, including setting goals, developing and implementing campaigns, and tracking and analysing results.

- Manage our marketing team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and developing and implementing training programs.

- Oversee all aspects of our marketing campaigns, including development, execution, and analysis.

- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer support, to ensure that our marketing campaigns are aligned with our overall business goals.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and implement them into our marketing campaigns.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the email design and digital marketing industry

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and platforms
