Educational Qualification:
a) Essential: MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing. Strong experience in Marketing and communications is necessary along with excellent analytical and creative skills.
b) Preferred: Work experience in QSR/FMCG preferred (but not necessary)
Experience:
a) Minimum 2 - 7 years' experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years of core experience in Marketing, analytics, and creative development.
b) Having an e-commerce/aggregator experience would be a plus- Eg.- Swiggy, Zomato, etc.
Skills Required:
- Should be very good with numbers.
- Must be driven by consumer insights & should have an ability to turn insights into actions.
- Should have exceptional analytical skills. Must gather relevant information to build comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
- Should have experience in creative development.
- An ability to build relationships through a clear communication style, collaboration, and a partnership mentality.
- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset and must demonstrate ownership & accountability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Drive Aggregator growth via consumer acquisition & build new opportunities to grow business numbers.
2. Grow Dine-in business with innate ability to solve for customer recruitment & retention.
3. In-depth analysis of business data. Owning marketing analysis amid multiple initiatives/campaigns related to aggregator and dine-in business.
4. Serve as key point of contact for cross-functional teams and franchises.
